During my recent stay at the Intercontinental, I found the overall experience fairly balanced between luxury and value. The reception team was outstanding, especially Miss Ahlam, who made our check-in seamless with her kindness. Our room on the third floor was recently renovated, giving it a fresh aesthetic that complemented the hotel's classic charm. The room service exceeded expectations, offering high-quality meals right at our door. Amenities like the indoor swimming pool and spa facilities added a nice touch, making it easy to unwind after a day of exploring. Complimentary Wi-Fi was strong, and the beautifully designed lobby featured a live pianist, enhancing the atmosphere. While the luxury was evident, I rated the overall value at 7/10 due to higher pricing. The attentive service and quality amenities certainly contributed to a worthwhile experience. If you're weighing options, consider the balance of cost versus comfort-this hotel delivers on both fronts.
